They gave me a fair quote, showed up right on time to load the truck, were courteous and efficient and took care of my stuff. “ Great service from the Move Crew and during a snowstorm no less. The crew was professional, clean, and took great care of our things. They moved us from a downtown condo to a house in the suburbs in a little over half a day. They were supposed to have three crew members on the job, but do to unforeseen circumstances only two crew members showed up. They addressed the change immediately and also lowered the hourly rate because of the change. I felt their pricing to be reasonable (there were no hidden fees or unanticipated costs). The Move Crew is a LOCAL operation and they are working hard to grow their business - support small biz in our city and hire the professionals at the Move Crew. ”

“ The Move Crew was terrific. They moved our stuff from Saint Paul to Somerville, MA, in under a week, with no surprises or damage to furniture or our stuff -- over Fourth of July weekend, even. (They could have done it faster, even, except that we wanted to take our time driving across the country ourselves.) They packed most of our belongings for us, too, and did an excellent job with that, as well. Interstate moves by large van lines can take WEEKS for your stuff to get from Point A to Point B, so while the Move Crew was SLIGHTLY more expensive than some of the other quotes we got, it was absolutely worth it. Their team -- without exception -- is also very friendly, which made the days of loading and unloading a lot less awkward and stressful. ”
