If the timeline or any of the conditions for your move change, please contact the office immediately to notify us of these changes. If your move must be rescheduled to a different day we will be happy to do so (subject to availability), however, there is a $50 rescheduling fee (per service date rescheduled) if this occurs within four (4) days of the original move date. For interstate moves our policy differs, please call us for details.
You may cancel your move at any time, however the fee for services canceled within four (4) days of the original date shall be $400 per service date canceled or 20% of the low end of the total estimated move cost, whichever is greater.
Furthermore, if upon arrival at the load it is clear to the Crew that the actual move time will go beyond the original estimate, they will fill out a revision of estimate form for your review and explain the reason that the estimate will be different than originally stated. If you agree to the new estimate you will be asked to sign, however if at this point you choose to cancel your move you will be charged for a 2 hour minimum to recover operating expenses and time lost.
